Welcomes and greets visitors, applicants, clients and associates. Answers and routes calls received through the main switchboard. Supports recruiting and employment process, initiates applicants participation in the on-line job application, pre-employment testing, and related screening tasks as directed. May manage mail services, supply procurement, and provide a variety of administrative duties to support the site and the HR team.
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months or more experience in a reception, secretarial or administrative support position in a customer service environment
Customer service skills; Clear, articulate speaking voice with good grammar skills; basic multi-line telephone system operation skills; basic typing/computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to greet all visitors in a positive, welcoming and courteous manner; present a professional personal appearance; ability to multi-task when needed; basic working knowledge of general office equipment and administrative practices.
