     Provide support in the coordination of the annual strategic planning process and corporate planning initiatives

     Prepare for and support the business planning process, including templates, workshops, and plan development

     Serve as a key resource for driving execution on strategic projects

     Provide support in the design of corporate-wide, scalable partnership programs, to ensure increase in competitive advantage across targeted markets

     Conduct research on local and global macro-environment, regulatory, industry trends and developments and provide findings to the HoD

     Monitor and report progress of strategic initiatives across SubCos, including the identification and estimation of intra-Group synergies using quantitative techniques

     Assist to prepare periodic management reports

     Develop effective relationship with internal/external stakeholders

     As part of the organization’s information security requirements, maintain the security of all information entrusted and comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook


     First Degree in analytical courses e.g. Economics, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline

     MBA is an added advantage


     Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience with at least 3 years’ experience in strategy department of a commercial bank or financial services industry consulting.

     Experience in strategy consulting is an advantage

     Experience in global/International organization would be an advantage

     Proven track record in strategy, planning, Executive Mgt/Board retreat sessions, managing people and projects requiring collaboration with and support of multiple stakeholders
