    Our client an International company who is expanding throughout Nigeria is seeking a qualified Secretary to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for anticipating the needs the senior leadership team while maintaining their ever-changing schedules. You should be comfortable communicating with client and customers while flawlessly handling confidential and critical details as well.

    - Provide superior administrative support to the executive team
    - Maintain a high level of confidentiality with great judgement and discretion
    - Plan, maintain, and organize multiple calendars
    - Prepare presentations, set agendas, take minutes, and note action items
    - Maintain and reconcile expense reports, procurement/purchase requisitions and contracts
    - Coordinate travel, including visa and passport applications
    - Organize meetings, off-sites, events and luncheons
    - Manage priorities and multitask like a pro
