    A client of ours in the Lekki area has a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales/ Customer Service Executive

    BSC in any of the social sciences or humanities. Mass Communications will be an added advantage.

    Minimum of 3 -5 years work experience post NYSC in reputable organisations in a similar capacity.

    Not more than 35 years old.

    Resides in Lagos Island or Lekki/ Ajah Axis.

    Experienced in Social Media marketing and internet marketing. Able to manage all social media platforms with little or no supervision. Able to generate content that is engaging and impactful. Able to develop solid overarching marketing strategies for to create top of mind awareness leading to sales.

    Able to manage customer service inquiries and follow up with relevant departmental heads within the company to resolve inquiries or complaints form prospective and existing customers without delay.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
